I watched several Youtube videos as well. I ordered the main components, but as you watch the videos, you'll see that there are many small plastic clips you'll want to have spares on hand. I didn't do that and of course, I needed those replacement clips. Ultimately, I took the bumper parts to the Toyota dealer and let them install it. At least I saved about 50% on the parts.

The beginning of the video below shows how but tbh, just reach inside the end caps from under the car and use a flathead to pop out the brackets, too easy. Shouldn’t have to remove any screws. Input this after the “v” on YouTube, it won’t let me post links… FVgp3yS6Zp0

They honestly just snap off/on. Takes about 30 seconds to replace
