I bought the replacement grill for my 2012 Denali. It fit perfect and snapped right into place. I am not at home so I cannot give you the dimensions but there was not an issue regarding size. John

Across the top about 39.5” and width in the middle about 4.5”. It tapers to each end. It just snaps in place perfect fit
