At first they sent the wrong part they sent the rear bumper reinforcement for my g m c terrain and then they made it right and sent me the front bumper reinforcement at no extra cost and told me to keep the back bumper reinforcement and do whatever I wish with it

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Hi Dave,
The hitch usually bolts to the chassis portion not the rear bumper reinforcement. If the hitch you purchased is really installed to the rear bumper reinforcement, you probably have to drill holes on the reinforcement bar.
