Hi James, I'm glad to help you out. That detail is no longer mentioned since the fitment is guaranteed for the 2004 Ford F53 Base and 2009-2010 Ford E-450 Super Duty Base 10 Cyl 6.8L. This catalytic converter has Federal type emissions. Please check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker usually found underneath the hood of the car to make sure the catalytic converter matches the car's Emission label specifications. Federal emissions stickers will just say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations". California emissions vehicles will state, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and State of California regulations". I hope this helps. To order the part, click on the link below. Happy shopping.
