Ordered for my 2001 4Runner with california emissions (2 cats). The flange has a pipe in the middle that exceeds and inserts into an opening on the headers. I believe that this piping sticks out too long, and caused a pretty gnarly gap between the flanges (OEM cats has a flush seal). The predrilled holes on the new Cat flange did not fit the header studs and caused some issues. Had to extend/widen all holes for it to even allow the studs to insert. 1 Week later and it is still holding up well. Pretty happy with the outcome, and some modifications are expected as it is a 25+ year old car.

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Mar 22It comes with the flange gaskets, a clamp to join to the intermediate pipe and four new flange bolts. I found the flange bolts to be too short so I had to get longer ones. NO, it does not include oxygen sensors.
