Ordered for my 2001 4Runner with california emissions (2 cats). The flange has a pipe in the middle that exceeds and inserts into an opening on the headers. I believe that this piping sticks out too long, and caused a pretty gnarly gap between the flanges (OEM cats has a flush seal). The predrilled holes on the new Cat flange did not fit the header studs and caused some issues. Had to extend/widen all holes for it to even allow the studs to insert. 1 Week later and it is still holding up well. Pretty happy with the outcome, and some modifications are expected as it is a 25+ year old car.

Question: I have a po420 code is this part good for my 2005 Camry le?Kevin G. / May 30, 2024
Hi Kevin, thanks for initiating contact. There are quite several fit notes that need to be clarified to be able to get to the right part. Check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker, usually found underneath the hood, to see if it matches the emission control specifications. Federal emissions (46-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state, CARB) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and the State of California regulations." I suggest calling our parts specialists at 1-866-529-0412 for live assistance. Have a nice day!

Question: I have a PO420 sensor showing up for my 2007 toyota camry is this a good replacement for it?NJCobena / Apr 19, 2024
Hi Naim, I appreciate you getting in touch. No, this is for the rear. You need for Bank 1 (front). First, check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker, usually found underneath the hood, to see if it matches the emission control specifications. Federal emissions (46-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state, CARB) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and the State of California regulations." Question: 02 Toyota Camry 2.4 ULEV.  Will this still work?Richard B. / Aug 22, 2023
Hi Richard, I'm pleased to assist you. Yes, your 2002 Toyota Camry 4-cylinder 2.4L ULEV (Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle) should work perfectly fine with a catalytic converter that has a fit note "Except PZEV Emissions", as long as it has Federal emissions. Click the link below to order while supplies last. Your order will come with a 30-day post-purchase price match guarantee. I hope this helps. Hi Karen, I'm pleased to assist you. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your 2006 Toyota Solara SLE convertible. It sounds like there are a few different concerns that need addressing. Given the complexity of these issues, it's recommended that you take your car to a reputable mechanic or a Toyota dealership for a comprehensive inspection and diagnosis. They can identify the root causes of these problems and provide you with an accurate assessment of what needs to be repaired or replaced. Providing the mechanic with a detailed description of the symptoms, noises, and any recent changes you've noticed can help them pinpoint the issues more effectively. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.
