Just reached 300 miles of breaking it in and so far so good. Fixed my exhaust leak and the fitment was spot on. Only thing that worried me is that the gasket was a little big on the topside so I had to bend the left and right corners a bit carefully.

Hi Jim, thanks for initiating contact. Yes, you can use this Federal emission converter on your 2013 Honda Accord Sport with a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine in Pennsylvania. However, check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker, usually found underneath the hood, to see if it matches the emission control specifications. Federal emissions (48-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state, CARB) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and the State of California regulations." Hi Gyekye,
This catalytic converter fits the vehicle but is not for California Emission (only for Federal). You have to get a 50 State legal converter. Upon checking, we currently do not have a direct-fit manifold converter with CA emission for the vehicle.
