We appreciate you reaching out to us about your order. Our records show, that USPS tried to deliver the package last 09/03, but was unable to access the delivery location. I would recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange a pick up or delivery. They still have the package.

We only offer this console latch. We suggest getting the bottom part locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

I did buy a replacement lid and cover for my console when I bought the latch. Saved $110 over buying from dealership
