Question: Does the ball joint require a grease fitting, mine came in and it appears it's threaded for a grease fitting but it does not have one with it?Daniel B. / Apr 02, 2025
Hi Daniel, I am pleased to assist you. The control arm and ball joint assembly appear to be threaded for a grease fitting, but it does not come with one included. This is common for some ball joints, as they may not always include the grease fitting itself. If your ball joint is threaded for a grease fitting, you can purchase a separate grease fitting (also known as a zerk fitting) to install. This will allow you to lubricate the ball joint properly, which is important for maintaining its longevity and performance. We thank you for your purchase. Have a wonderful day!
