Question: I have a 2008 VW Gti and my smaller auxiliary fan is staying on 30+ min after the cars off what can this be?Justin / Jul 15, 2022
Hi Justin, I'm pleased to assist you. A faulty temperature sensor can also cause this problem. The coolant fans run based on the feedback obtained from the temperature sensors. Before you replace the whole fan, we suggest replacing the temperature sensor first on your 2008 Volkswagen GTI. Click on the link below to see and order at 42% off the regular price today while supplies last. I hope this is helpful. It’s to cool down the car once it’s off it’s still producing a lot of heat if ran for a while.
