No, this is for a 2006 and 2007 Toyota Sienna not the Highlander.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Thu, Aug 27I just tried for 2007 Highlander Hybrid. It does not work. No mounts for fan control modules. One of the fan plugs are different than factory. Its crazy you can't find right assembly for these Highlanders
