It fits as described. It does not come with the insulating foam, so you either have to salvage what you already have or get new foam. Not a big deal

However, these fan assemblies do not include resistors. Typically, radiator fan resistors or fan control modules are separate components in the vehicle’s cooling system and are not supplied with the fan assemblies themselves.
