The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. If the generic color isn't close enough, you can go to an automotive paint store in your local area and request a spray can of automotive vinyl spray mixed into your specific color code.
