The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. Hi James, thank you for reaching out. As per the manufacturer, do not use Armor All products with this item as those may soften the plastic and cause warping. Coverlay recommends wiping down this dash cover with an ammonia-based cleaner such as Windex and a soft rag or a mixture of mild soap and water when cleaning the product.
