Hi Ryan, I'm pleased to assist you. This seat switch fits the 2008 Honda Pilot may fix the problem. You can also check the track motor. Look under the seat and see if any wires are pinched or cut from the seat moving. If the wires are all connected and not pinched, then the track motor may have failed.
