It would be wise to read the instructions before you start. Silicone spray helped to get the muffler's rubber isolator off. I used masking tape to outline the under body panel hole location, then cut the hole with a utility knife. I suggest cutting the hole a little small initially, then trim for a good fit. The hitch fit perfectly, all the holes lined up. The hardware is complete and good quality. Without any help, this installation took me a couple of hours. This hitch is strong and looks great!
