Hi Steve, I'm glad to assist you. It is designed to work with the factory's original hood (steel). Suppose the fiberglass hood is the same weight as the steel hood. It should work. Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Mar 19Yes this will work with a fiberglass hood as long as the pins are there for the Gas lifts to connect too. If the pins do not exist, you may have to buy them as an accessory.
