So far it is doing the job and installation only had 1 hiccup. I had previously replaced the opposite window regulator (Left rear door) with an OEM part. The major difference I noted it that this regulator has a small harness instead of a fixed plug for the power cable. This needs to be secured out of the way of the regulator/window or else it can get caught and unplugged as the window is rolled down (ask me how I know). The connector in the part had a small loop for a zip tie which seems to be doing the trick. I was in a hurry the first time and ended up having to do some of the job twice because I didn't secure the cable properly. Other than that, works as advertised.
