The side mirror arrived promptly, in a proper quality protective packaging. The product quality looked at least as good as the original mirror; the mirror's attachment structure matched perfectly with my vehicle's mirror mounts. All is well.

There were no problems with the part. I could have installed it in 15 minutes or less. However, CarParts did not provide the three nuts and washers it took to install it. There were plenty of emails telling me where I could get it installed for $129.95 or more but not the three nuts and washers it took to install it. There were no "You might need this to make installation easier" either. I guess that installers are footing the bill for advertising so they get preference. Part was great. Shipping was fine. Actual service was poor.
