Hi Kenny, I'm glad to help you out. Yes, this item fits the 2014 Ford Focus ST. The little metal piece is the Zerk fitting (grease fitting). There isn't any hose that attaches to it. This fitting is where the grease goes into. This item has a longer lifespan because of the grease fittings. Take advantage of the sale price and limited stocks for this item.
