This item is a direct fit replacement for the original style headlight. We only guarantee fitment based on our application guide. If the vehicle still uses OE style mounting for the headlights, these may fit nicely.

I spent many hours searching for a used part before contacting carparts dot com. Carparts dot com's replacement is literally identical to Ford's factory installed headlight assembly on the driver's side of my pickup. I wished i had contacted them sooner.
