Brand new OE GM part. This item does include the o-ring. Perfect fit and easy installation for a 1998 K1500. It requires a 20mm wrench to install the fitting into your radiator.

ACDelco oil cooler lines are a perfect fit for my 1997 Chevy K1500, Make sure you get the quick disconnects because more than likely they will be seized to the line. Grease the seal and the cap so you won't have a problem next time. I would recommend these lines to others and would buy again.
