So far so good, no leaks.
The only thing to note is that the plastic air diverters from the OE radiator don't fit on this radiator - so you may want some double sided tape to keep them in place.
Then the radiator support itself will provide enough resistance to keep them in place

This radiator fits from 1998 to 2002 Honda Accord 3.0L automatic or manual transmission.
