Hello! Yes to both questions! However, some LED bulbs do not have the same beam pattern as the halogen bulbs that these housings are built for, so I cannot say how the light output will be.

Answered by Mitchell D. / Fri, Aug 27Yes they connect directly to existing wires and switches. The kit comes with full installation components but I only used the lights to replace my broken ones. I found it easier to use the original brackets. Even though I discarded alot of what came in the kit it was still way cheaper than oem replacement from honda.
