Perfect fit down to the tabs for the wiring harness that goes across it. Haven't had any trouble since replacing this part. Just make sure not to take the metal tabs off the fan blades, they're for balancing. my old part didn't have those and I'd hate for someone to take them off and still have a wobbly fan.

Hi Grace,
The fan clutch is actuated by the thermostat once temperature from the engine rises, the clutch engages so that the fan is driven by engine power and moves air to cool the engine.The thermostat regulates the flow of coolant/water via the water pump. The water pump sucks the coolant from the engine and pump it to the radiator for cooling.
