This receiver is hidden which keeps the sport look of my Sienna SE. Out of the box a few scratches (slightly irritating). Would have been easy to install but it was dropped during shipping ( I'm guessing) and needed to be stretched a few inches.With the use of a floor jack and some 2x4's it fit just fine.

First thing...take out the spare tire so you have the room to see and work.
Thread the bolts in the holes in your frame first to make it easier during the actual installation ( about 1 hour )
I used a permanent, Loc-tite red thread locker on my bolts.
Make sure you have a long breaker bar, 24 inches, to be able to tighten the 4 bolts to the recommended torque. If you do use enough leverage the bolts will seem tight but will NOT be tight. That was the only reason I rated it as 4 and not a 5 just to alert you about this but not to site any problems.
My muffler only had about 1/8" clearance from the hitch after installation and the instructions recommend bending/reshaping the muffer mount. The muffler mount on my car looks like 3/8" welded steel bar and I could not bend or move it. So I left it and to my delight and surprise the muffler does not rattle against the hitch during driving.
Looks like it is made very well and strong. I would buy another product from this manufacturer, CURT, without hesitation!
