Hi,
The halo on the fog lights will not light unless you power it, since it is a separate wire. Just wire it to the accessory fuse and it will be on all the time. If you wire it back to the fog light harness, it will work with the fog light, but not as a daytime running light.

The lumens (brightness intensity)is not specified anymore since it is a direct fit OEM replacement for the selected vehicle application. It simply means it has the same brightness intensity compared to the original fog light that came with the vehicle brand new from the factory.
