I ordered the 15x6 rim to replace one on my car the got dented. I got my shipping number and became concerned when it was out for delivery on the other side of the country. Called and found out they sent the wrong shipping number. Finally received my rim 2 days after I was supposed to get it. They sent a 16x6.5 rim. I called and waited an hour on hold to get a replacement sent. They told me I had to process the return online. So I have to wait 24-72 hours for them to process and then another 3-4 days to receive the part that I was already supposed to have. I loved car parts but now I'm waiting 2 weeks to receive my part, have to return an incorrect part, still can't drive my vehicle, and was offered no sort of discount or voucher for their mess up. Safe to say I'm done with car part.
