As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Apr 21I can’t answer if it is or not because I had my body guy put them on. You may need some tools. I’m not sure if you can just snap them into place. Sorry I’m not more help to you.
