Perfect for Toyota HighlanderHitch 2 In. Receiver
5.0/5
The hitch fit perfectly. The installation was easy and the instructions were clear. I trimmed the under fender panels as instructed with an oscillating tool and they reinstalled perfectly. On the instructional video I watched they mentioned that the receiver was out 2" from the bumper. Mine is flush with bumper. It has a clean look. I'm very satisfied.

Answered by ROY "JR" / Mon, Jan 10Question: Does this hitch. Do u need to Cut bumper... whats the difference between this round and the square one?Damian S. / May 04, 2021 / 2014 Toyota HighlanderHitch 2 In. Receiver
Hi Damian, I'm glad to help you out. There is no need to cut the bumper. The hitch is attached to the chassis of the vehicle and does not need cutting or drilling. The round and the square are both 2-inch receivers and the difference is that the square is a performance replacement and includes the hardware for installation. I hope this helps. You may also want to consider getting the wirings (T-connector) for the hitch. Let me provide you 3 links so you can choose which one you'd prefer. for the hitch and easier navigation for the wirings. Happy shopping.

Question: What bolts are needed for a 2019 Toyota Highlander SE?Bonnie T. / Apr 23, 2021 / 2014 Toyota HighlanderHitch 2 In. Receiver
Hi Ronnie, I'll be happy to help. Upon checking, it uses hex bolts, M12-1.25 x 35mm. You don't have to worry about it because the hitch comes with the mounting hardware. Use the link below and take advantage of the few stocks remaining. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Question: What is the difference between a class 1, 2 or 3 trailer hitch?A Shopper / Mar 02, 2021 / 2014 Toyota HighlanderHitch 2 In. Receiver
Hi,
The difference between the Class I, II and Class III hitches has to do with their Gross Trailer Weight (GTW), their Tongue Weight (TW), and their Hitch Receiver Size. Class II trailer hitch receivers have a 1-1/4 inch receiver and can be rated up to 3,500 lbs in GTW and up to 525 lbs in TW. Class III, on the other hand, have a 2 inch receiver and have up to 8,000 lbs GTW and 800 lbs TW. The class I type of receiver-has a carrying weight rated up to 2000 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW) with a maximum trailer tongue weight (TW) of 200 lbs. A Class I hitch usually has a 1-1/4" square receiver opening.
