Worked really well popped right in, you will need to use an 18 shorty wrench if you work on a C5 cuz the suspension is tight but besides that it’s super easy and helped the handling immensely would def recommend.

Hi Richard,
No. You do need to use and put grease. While the bar doesn't move much, any interference with that movement will be detrimental to the proper movement of the suspension. That leaves two choices- a silicone-based grease or dry Teflon spray.
