Hi Richard, I'm glad to assist you. You have to pay for the shipping of the old alternator back to our warehouse. That has been the policy ever since. Please call our toll-free number, 1-866-529-0412 (Mon to Sun), and ask to be transferred to our returns department for a core return RMA processing.
