The camshaft position sensor is always located near the camshaft, often at the top of the valve cover, but it can also be installed from the side of the cylinder head. Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Jun 26This goes where the spark plugs are. Usually on the front andd back of the engine depending on your model. Usually split into equal banks. If your car only has four plugs then it may be four in the front or two in the front and two in the back same thing with six or eight.
