Answered by Mitchell D. / Wed, Jul 14Follow the wire that goes into a hole in the back of the transmission upper driver's side their is a torx bolt inside the hole , using a torn socket with a 1/4 " extension ( be careful not to lose it you won't get it back out) the bolt is on the top of the sensor ( very difficult good luck)

This is for 2008-2009 Saturn Astra 4 Cyl 1.8L and it only has one camshaft position sensor which is this item.
