Easy fit and buy again. Only thing I could complain about is stickers are hard to peel off and smell due to burning off hot exhaust.

Well it has been over two months since I've installed the catalytic converter. The check engine light did turn off and I was able to pass my emissions test. So happy that it fixed the issue. It was an exact fit, the original bolts were very hard to remove. Now for the cons, it only comes with one metal gasket that is oversize. It will not fit. Just use the original two metal gaskets your car comes with. I also reused the bolts and springs the car came with, they look better quality to me. The worst part was that the part comes painted. The part gets really hot because of the hot gases going through it. So of course the paint started to burn off. It gave an awful burning smell inside the car. You need to drive with your windows down till it clears. Also the car was smoking through the engine bay. I was so scared I thought my car was on fire. It turns out it's just the paint from the catalytic converter burning off. Other than that I do recommend this product, I also bought this one because it has a 5 year warranty like the ones at AutoZone or O'Reilly's with out the big $ mark up.

Normally, three componets responsible for engine light, cat code. Upper and Lower 02 sensor and the catalytic converter. My mechanic said i needed a catalytic converter. Since it is a difficult job to replace, it was recommended to replace upper 02. Worked for me. 2006 maxima.
