Defective part....Coolant Reservoir, Oe Solutions Series

I was impressed that the tank came in a timely manner, and I installed it the following day, what I'm not happy with is I found out that the cap is defective it's broke, had to put some antifreeze in the tank this morning, went to twist the cap off , & it came apart in two pieces, the cap top came off and the threaded part stayed in the tank, had a hard time getting the rest of it out, it's a damn good thing I keep the old tank, not happy at all...
