Hi Jesus,
This part is guaranteed to fit the 2005 BMW X3 3.0i 6 Cyl 3.0L. Is this the only part that needs replacement? For installation - You may reuse the old screws/bolts for attachment or we suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores. Happy shopping.
