Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Sep 24I don't know about that because I needed the whole assembly, but I can tell something you may not know, I had to pull the whole front cap off just to change it. Have fun, it's about a 3 to 4 hour job. :)

Hi Joseph, I'm glad to assist you. No, by just replacing the bulbs from halogen to HID/Xenon bulbs is not gonna work. What you need is a headlight conversion kit from halogen to HID/Xenon headlights since the wiring and socket connector will be different and adding a ballast to the circuitry for the HID/Xenon headlights. The bulb sockets are also different for the halogen and HID/Xenon type. Hi Brian, I'm glad to help you out. If the Challenger came originally with HID headlights, unfortunately, this halogen headlight will not be compatible. We currently don't carry a factory HID assembly for the car. We suggest checking the Mopar dealership directly. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
