Hi Joshua,
They are basically the same part. The difference is the part number ends in letter Q. The Q stands for CAPA. The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and quality of automotive parts. However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.
