Hi,
The bulbs on these headlights are regular halogen. If you want to change it to a brighter light you can simply replace the halogen bulb with an LED. Most LED bulbs are now designed to retrofit to the existing light fittings.

Hi Mike, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is not compatible. We do not have other options such as an HID type of headlight. You can get those locally or from other car parts retailers online. Your last option would be from the Dealer.
