Bought a pair of the headlights. Look and fit perfect. However, one of the headlights had a burnt out bottom hazard light bulb (yellow). Not a huge deal breaker because I changed it out with one from the headlights I took off. Just an annoyance that should have been double checked at the factory.

It came with everything necessary that I remember. It was over a year ago but I didn’t need to buy anything else with it. I removed and unplugged the old ones and then plugged in the new and installed the new ones. I did have to adjust the leveling of the headlights using the set screw that is attached to the headlight already.

You may use LED bulbs that matches the same type of halogen bulb that this comes with. Check with your local store for LED bulb suggestions.
