The description was right on and fit my vehicle perfectly. A suggestion would be to offer the other necessary parts with the hitch including the wiring harness. I had to purchase them elsewhere. You missed an additional $220 sale.

Arrived in a timely manner, Bolted on with minimal tools, installation took about an hour. It would of been shorter but I had some rust in the bolt holes on my frame to deal with before installing the hitch. The installation video was very helpful.

I never got it. It was supposed to arrive on Monday so on Wednesday when it wasn't there I called and was on hold for over 42 minutes. I spoke to a nice young lady who informed me that it might take an additional 15 business days to ship it. (about a month total to start the shipping process) I cancelled the order and got it from etrailers.com. With etrailers I could track my order ["Steve received the order", "Micah just pulled the order from the warehouse", "Betty shipped it out"]. With Carparts all I could see was "processing".

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, May 01There are torque specifications in the installation instructions. Otherwise if I remember correctly, they were close to the standard steel to steel fastener torque. The standard fastenal universal torque spec spreadsheet is one of the first pages to come up on a search. The sheet breaks it down by bolt grade, size, material, and lubricated or unlubricated.
