Was shipped and delivered as promised and was a perfect fit for my vehicle took me only a half hour to install. I was impressed with the product, and its appearance does not look like it will ever rust.

I got this for my 2002 F150 and bolted right up with no problem. Only took about 20 mins in all from start to finish.

Bought the hitch for my 3/4 ton GMC truck. Installed in a half hour, or less. Was order on a Tuesday night, and Thursday afternoon it was delivered. Only problem I had was, I never received any conformation of shipping from JCW. I received the conformation 2 days after it arrived @my house. So the communication at JCW, is slow. But everything else was good.

Purchased 12/14/15 it arrived on 12/16, installed in about an hour on a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD. I have installed about a dozen hitches on various vehicles. This was the easiest to install. It is heavy, you will need a helper for a few minutes to loose fit the frame bolts. Lower the spare as suggested and you will have no problems.
