Hitch fit perfectly. Instructions called for drilling holes but that was not necessary.

Great Hitch, But Not a 10-Minute InstallationHitch 2 In. Receiver

Needed a hitch for my new F150 pickup, so purchased this from J.C. Whitney at a good price. Arrived in just a couple of days. Though I believe the stated installation time was less than 20 minutes, it took me much longer than that. The brackets on the hitch are spaced slightly farther apart than the bumper brackets on the truck (probably to make it a little more forgiving for variations from truck-to-truck). This allowed the reducing bushings to keep falling fall out of the hole before I could get the bolt tightened. I finally wised up and used a pair of Vice Grips to squeeze the brackets together while I installed the bolt. If I had done that from the start, I probably would have gotten the hitch installed in less than 30 minutes. Other than that little hitch (pardon the pun), I am very happy with the purchase.
