Great quality product and got here in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I ordered the front hitch instead of the rear so we have to return it and get the correct one but that's on me. Return process seems easy too though so that's nice

I installed it alone it took about 1 hour. the two center hole were slightly off but this was fixed by drilling out a small amount of material.
