I am very impressed with the hitch. Installation was a bit tough in spots, especially reaching the torque level for some of the bolts. The installation instructions left a lot to be desired. They were very brief, sketchy, and generalized for a whole range of vehicles similar to mine. I would have hope for schematics specific to my year vehicle. It wasn't awful, but did leave a lot to the imagination and problem solving.
