My wife's vehicle of choice is her 2004 Chevrolet Maxx. It continues to reliably fulfill her needs as a daily driver in both size and manageability, and we have a really great dealership looking after its various needs. However, as we age, and our vehicles age, "repairs" (i, e, parts replacement) become necessary)......in this case the trunk lid lift support struts "decided" to retire their "load-bearing capabilities, and drop on my head as I was removing my wife's walker. So, into the doctor's office we walk, she with her walker and me with a blood soaked handkerchief held to my forehead.
Guess who got the first, "care slot". We have a great rapport with the medial professionals in this office, so the first comment was "oh I see you misbehaved". Guess who usurped the first appointment slot that day. As you can imagine the comments among the medical staff, who we have been with for 15 years.
