I am really pleased with my purchase. Don't get me wrong, there was a part of the bottom seam that took a LOT of force to push the OEM cap (that I was thankfully able to salvage) into place, but the end result is great. Turn signal, motors, and Blind Spot Indicator all worked great.

Fit well and easy to install. Only complaint is that the mirror shakes a little with road conditions compared to original passenger side mirror, but this is the second time my wife broke the driver side mirror on a tree (haha) so I expect that is contributing to slight vibrations.

Question: Is the cap on this mirror removable to swap off with the OEM painted cap that was salvaged from the old mirror to avoid paint and material cost?Matthew T. / Dec 30, 2024
