Description says it's fully aluminized, but if so, the pieces were aluminized before welding. Needed to wire brush all the welds and the flanges, then spray paint it with heat resistant paint. Otherwise these locations will rust early.
The male side flange is 2.00" dia. and the female side flange is 2.50" dia. The female side flange on the original exhaust was 2.25" dia. This can cause a problem compressing the ring gasket if it's not perfectly centered. A different gasket would work better but the APW website doesn't give dimensions.
