Yea, the part will fit if you pull the transmission out to install it. That being said, hopefully this will take care of my oil leaks. I dont know who at Ford decided a plastic oil pan was the proper way to build a motor. This is now my 5th oil pan replacement, the first 4 being OEM plastic lower pan assemblies.
